"The secret of Yoga" - 12 weeks course

We live in a time, where artificial intelligence is beginning to take over a lot of human intelligence and at present we only see the bare beginnings of this.

As far as I am concerned the message of Yoga is very clear:

"Get to know and own yourself better, so that you can withstand life and all its challenges and be your best."

In the upcoming course we will be exploring the secret of staying aligned, no matter what, of gaining strength and fostering independent Intelligence deriving from all our centres of intelligence and intuition.

It is a twelve weeks course with a one weeks break in June with two sessions per week.

If you wish to join in you can do that either LIFE on Zoom or here in Corfu or via recordings on Youtube.

You will be thriving with:

  • Yoga postures in their true meaning to heal the body through activating its energy lines.

  • Breathing in its capacity to connect the body with the subtle world of mind and       spirit

  • Mudras in order to seal your knowledge

  • Visualisation in order to deeply embed what you learned

  • Meditation in movement and stillness

  • Chanting and sounding in order to activate your Chakras

  • Beautiful group vibration

         June 06 to July 15 - Term 2

Classes: Monday and Thursday 6 - 7.15 PM

Your contribution: 

  Full Course including a free body assessment (save 64 EU) = 248 EU

  12 Classes ( over 12 weeks) 156 EU

   Casual 15 EU 

   Recordings only - 208 EU

Personalised Yoga & Developing a personal Yoga practice
