Corfu Island became Kaushalya's and Ananda's home for a 4 year. Here on the Island we have found beaches with iridescent turquoise water, flowers blossoming in abundance, fruit trees, fairy olive groves, magical trails, mountains and of course lovely warm sun, and all of these beauties have fascinated and touched us, inspired us, and have brought transformation to the miraculous journey of our souls. Together we will discover those hidden treasures of this beautiful island.
Merit Raju enjoys a natural and creative lifestyle in her family's country home in Estonia and shares inspiration with her books, courses and tranquil events.
After practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga for 12 years, Merit has in 2021 developed her own yoga style, called Humming Yoga. It contains smooth dynamic yoga poses, touching oneself and humming while slow breathing. This instantly activates oxytocin production and parasympathetic nervous system. So the classes have deeply calming and rejuvenating effect while also stretching, flexing, balancing and strengthening the body.
Kaushalya and Ananda have developed the background music for Humming Yoga. They have performed at each of the ten yoga festivals that Merit has devotedly organized, which have now become smaller group experiences for all senses. In order to gently pop through the growths reaching even deeper layers and really touch and awaken the soul.
What this retreat is about and what we will share:

We will give you practices that you can take away, bring home, and integrate into your daily life.
Visiting a powerful natural sea-crystal peninsula and experience "Aphrodites" clay masks for softening the skin on a beach.
Of course, we will also have time to enjoy the local food, to walk in nature and visit gifts hops and boutiques.
As it will be around the end of the season, there will be fewer tourists here.
Our retreat will be limited to just 8 people.

ACCOMMODATION:
Cozy two separate room flats with the sea vew, kichen, wifi. Each flat have a 2 rooms and kichen + bathroom.
Also we will visit a restaurants once a day.

We met in 1999 and since that meeting we travelled together through many different musical projects and many different places.
Our vision has always been to make music which has a therapeutic effect on the people who hear it. This vision has led us to a variety of beautiful instruments and sounds. We use Singing Bowls (Tibetan and Crystal), we play Monochords, play and make Ocean -and Frame Drums and we often introduce other holistic instruments when the feeling is right. We developed our own "GongSPA" style, inspired by the existential psychology approach for the relaxation, meditation and healing.The foundation of lots of our music is the Gong. The Gong is an incredible tool for transformation.
We learned about the art of gong playing from the great master Don Conreaux - A Yogi Bhajan disciple.
We did a course in Music Therapy with EMTA (Estonian Music and Theater Academy).
