Frida Lezius is a Yoga Senior Teacher, Remedial Massage Therapist and Artist. Born in Germany Frida studied the human body since her early teenage years. Born with a slight difference on one leg she explored many forms of movement and dance until she discovered Yoga. In 1991 Frida immigrated to Australia to be with her long term partner.

The study of classical yoga and art took her to India, Asia, Australia and Europe.

Frida Lezius has the unique ability to get quickly to the heart of what is causing physical and emotional discomfort.

Teacher training with Nicky Knoff (Iyengar Senior teacher, Cairns).
Sri Pattabhi Jois and B.N.S. Iyengar, Mysore, India.
Yoga Teacher apprenticeship with Godfrey Devereux, Dynamic Yoga, Teacher, Ibiza.
Eight years of studying and teaching with Lance Schuler, Byron Bay.
