Ayala ‘s personal healing journey has lead her to sink deeper into her heart with love and compassion. As a child she heard her own soul’s silent whisper ,yet she did not quite understand this calling until meeting and studying Sufi meditation with her spiritual guide . As her gifts of healing became appreciated she began sharing them more , traveling offering her prayers to people, spirit, heaven and earth . On this golden path she has met beautiful inspirational beings. She feels humbled by the miracles and the blessings life has brought her . She is a yogini and mother . Her certifications include Feng shui . Gyrotonics , Kundalini yoga , yoga nidra , restorative yoga , Hatha yoga. She enjoys spending time in nature and the nurturing connections of spiritual community.
